In order to activate your card you must redeem the voucher code on Wetaxi App. Please follow these steps:

1. Download the Wetaxi App on Play Store or Apple Store

2. Click on Your Account and “Add a voucher”

3. Enter your voucher code and add it to your account.

4. A pop-up will show the voucher amount and expiry date

5. Once the voucher has been successfully redeemed, you will be able to view the available credit both in the “Credit” section and in the “Payment methods” section.

6. Tap “Home,” then “Public Transport,” and select “Rome”

7. Choose your ticket and continue

8. Select Wetaxi credit as your payment method and confirm the purchase.

8. Activate your ticket when you plan to start using it.
