LISBON

  • The Lisbon travel card includes all Lisbon urban trains, Carris buses, elevators, funiculars and trams and the Lisbon Metro (not included the regionale train to Sintra)

The vouchers can be redeemed at any automatic ticket vending machine, available in all metro stations and follow this step:

  1. Go to a ticket machine
  2. Select on the main screen the option ‘Do you have a voucher?’
  3. Follow the instructions on the screen
  4. Enter the voucher code assigned to your ticket

If you experience any problem with the machine, please inform the metro staff that you made your purchase through Portalviva and are encountering technical difficulties.

Travel Card vouchers have no fixed date. The date you see on the voucher is the expiration date.

With your travel card you have unlimited access to the entire network of GVB public transport within Amsterdam: trams, buses, metro and ferry.

  • The 1-day ticket is valid for one calendar day (until midnight on the day of activation)
  • The 2-day ticket is valid for two calendard days (for example: if first used on Monday at 5:00 p.m., it remains valid until Tuesday at midnight )

City Airport Train (CAT): The CAT is a dedicated airport express train that takes you from the airport to Wien Mitte station in just 16 minutes. It runs every 30 minutes from 5:37 AM to 11:38 PM. The CAT is a fast and comfortable choice but is priced higher than other options.

With your travel card you have unlimited access to the entire network of public transport within Madrid Metropolian Area. This includes:

  • All blue city bus lines operated by Madrid’s municipal transport company, EMT. The 24-hour Airport Express shuttle bus line is not included.
  • Madrid’s Metro network within Zone A (City of Madrid), including the €3 supplement normally charged for travelling to or from the airport metro stations Aeropuerto T1-T2-T3 and Aeropuerto T4 (Tourist Metro Map).
  • Zones 0 and A of Madrid’s commuter train network (Renfe de Cercanías Madrid).
  • ML1 of Madrid’s light rail network (Metro Ligero).

With your travel card you have unlimited access to the entire network of public transport within Valencia Metropolian Area. This includes unlimited free transport on EMT (urban buses) and in zones A and B for interurban buses (Metrobus), suburban trains (Renfe), metro, and tram.

It also includes the Valencia–Airport–Valencia journey on metro lines 3 and 5, and on Metrobus line 150.

The card will be activated the first time you use it, and it will be valid for 24, 48 or 72 hours after that.

With your travel card you have unlimited access to the entire network of public transport: Vaporetti in Venice, Lido and islands and local buses in Mestre, Marghera and mainland

Your voucher has to be converted on a regular ticket before boarding. You can do it:
