No, shuttle tickets can be used whenever you want. It’s a different ticket from public transport ticket that has to be used for consecutive days.

No, you’ll be able to download the tickets only on the date you selected and you have to download them the same day you want to use them.

Each City Pass contains a “special promotions” section with a promocode that will enable you to book the tours listed with a discount up to 25%. Check in the email “MAKE MORE” receive after the confirmation procedure.

If you’re trying to download your tickets and it appears an error message please wait and try again shortly as we are working to process your ticket as quickly as possible. Sometime could be a delay of 20 minutes max.

LISBON

If you have received a CP TICKET : Before boarding, you must exchange your voucher with a proper ticket in a CP ticket office. You can find the CP ticket offices in this map.

If you have received a VIVA PORTAL VOUCHER : Use the code to redeem your tickets at the vending machine located in any metro station.

Lisbon travel card includes all Lisbon urban trains, Carris buses, elevators, funiculars and trams and the Lisbon Metro.

Lisbon regional train ticket includes travel on the Sintra/Azambuja, Cascais and Sado lines

Names on tickets are not important as you have to exchange them in a CP ticket office.

Travel Card vouchers have no fixed date. The date you see on the voucher is the expiration date.

AMSTERDAM

Simply scan your QR code before boarding any GVB public transport. You don’t need any App, just use the PDF ticket. Please be carefully to set off your NFC on your mobile, in order to avoid double charge on your credit card.

BARCELONA

You will receive your shuttle ticket directly on your email account right after having confirmed your purchase. The shuttle companies that we collaborate with are: Malpensa Shuttle, Orio Shuttle and Linate Shuttle.

FLORENCE

If you bought a pass that includes Uffizi Gallery access, you’ll receive a pass for 5 museums. Uffizi Gallery is the first museum you have to visit (please remind it’s closed on Monday) and there you’ll be provided with a pass for the other attractions that lasts 5 days. Please remind to download the tickets on the same day you plan to use it.

ROME

After the online payment, you will receive the tickets via email. Tickets are available for download starting from the date you selected and they’re open date / open hours.

In Rome Termini Central Station the bus stop of Fiumicino Shuttle and Ciampino Shuttle is located in via Marsala 5, at the west side of Central Station.

Fiumicino Shuttle’s stop is located at gate 12 of arrival area at terminal 3.

Ciampino Airport has just one Terminal. Ciampino Shuttle is in arrival area T1, at stop 2.

Regardless of the validity of the card, these are the instructions to follow to activate your public transport ticket:
