ConetPass Stockholm does not cover every public transport service by default. The exact inclusions depend on the specific ticket or package you buy.

The following are not included unless your booking confirmation explicitly says otherwise:

• Transport services outside the network included in your selected package
• Long-distance and non-urban rail services
• Airport rail services outside the standard public transport network, such as Arlanda Express
• Private taxi and ride-hailing services

If a service is not listed under “What’s Included” in your booking confirmation, you should assume it is not covered by the pass.

Is the airport shuttle service included in the ConetPass Stockholm?

It depends on the package you purchased. While the ConetPass Stockholm can include a connection to/from Arlanda Airport, it is not included by default in all options. We invite you to check your booking confirmation under the “What’s Included” section.

• If you purchased a package with the shuttle: You can use the dedicated express bus between Stockholm Arlanda Airport and Cityterminalen (Central Station). At Arlanda, the stops are located outside the terminals; in the city, the terminus is at Cityterminalen.
• If you DID NOT purchase the shuttle: You can still reach the city center using SL public transport. The standard route involves taking Bus 583 to Märsta Station, where you can transfer to a commuter train (Pendeltåg) toward Stockholm City.

Airport Shuttle Bus: Arlanda ↔ Cityterminalen (approx. 45 min).

SL Route: Bus 583 ↔ Märsta Station ↔ Stockholm City.

Your ConnectPass will be a 100% digital ticket sent by email after purchase. Please follow the instructions you will receive by email for activation.

Your ConetPass Stockholm validity depends on the ticket type. In practice, the ticket becomes valid from the moment it is activated in the SL app, so you should only activate it when you are ready to travel.

• The one-way ticket is valid for 75 minutes from the time of activation.
• The 1-day ticket is valid for 24 hours from the time of activation. For example: if first activated on Friday at 11:00 a.m., it will expire on Saturday at 11:00 a.m.
• The 3-day ticket is valid for 72 hours from the time of activation. For example: if first activated on Monday at 5:00 p.m., it will expire on Thursday at 5:00 p.m.
• The 7-day ticket is valid for 7 days from the day you activate it, until 4:30 a.m. on the night after the last day of validity. For example: if activated on Monday at 5:00 p.m., it remains valid until the following Monday at 4:30 a.m.

Yes. The airport shuttle ticket is a separate ticket from your public transport pass, which must be used on consecutive days according to the validity period of the card.

Yes. If your ConetPass Stockholm package includes the airport shuttle, the Flygbussarna Airport Coaches ticket can be used in either direction: from Stockholm Arlanda Airport to Stockholm Cityterminalen or from Stockholm Cityterminalen to Arlanda Airport.

The main stops on this route are:

• At the airport: Terminals 2/3, 4, and 5
• In the city: Stockholm C (Cityterminalen), next to Stockholm Central Station
• Typical intermediate stops: Norra Stationsgatan, Haga Norra, Frösunda, and Järva krog.

For the Stockholm C route, the journey takes about 40 minutes. Flygbussarna operates daily, with frequent departures.

Airport shuttle: Flygbussarna runs between Stockholm Arlanda Airport and Stockholm C (Cityterminalen). At the airport, the main stops are Terminal 5, Terminal 4, and Terminal 2/3. In the city, the main stop is Stockholm C (Cityterminalen), Gate 2.

Flygbussarna airport shuttle: runs daily, with a journey time of about 40 minutes between Arlanda and Stockholm C. For exact departure times, stop details, and any service changes, the best source is the official Flygbussarna timetable.

Key stations:

• T-Centralen: The main transport hub where all three metro lines intersect. Central location with connections to trains and buses.
• Gamla Stan (Old Town): Access to historic Stockholm's narrow streets, medieval architecture, and classic attractions.
• Södermalm: Trendy neighborhood with shops, restaurants, and cafes. Popular for exploring Stockholm's creative districts.
• Östermalm: Upscale shopping and dining area with cultural landmarks and green spaces.
• Kungsträdgården: Gateway to central attractions, shopping areas, and the waterfront.

At this time, ConetPass does not offer promotional discounts for children, groups, or families. All customers pay the same price.
However, reduced fares are available for customers aged 65 and over.
Additionally, young children can travel free on Stockholm public transport under certain age conditions (see next FAQ).

Children aged 11 and under travel free of charge on Stockholm public transport when accompanied by a person with a valid ticket.

For children aged 12 and over, a separate ticket is generally required.

The Stockholm Metro operates with three color-coded main lines serving the city:

Djurgården Ferry (Line 82): One of Stockholm’s most popular tourist routes, connecting Slussen (near Gamla Stan) to Djurgården (home to Vasa Museum and Skansen).
