Your ConetPass Rome travel card provides unlimited access to the entire urban public transport network in Rome, which includes:

• All metro lines (3 lines: Line A, Line B, Line C)

• Airport shuttle to/from Rome Fiumicino Airport (one-way)

Your ConnectPass will be a 100% digital ticket sent by email after purchase. Please follow the instructions you will receive by email for activation.

ConetPass Rome covers all ATAC urban services only. The following are not included:

• Trenitalia regional trains (e.g. Roma–Civitavecchia, Roma–Ostia Antica via non-ATAC lines)
• Leonardo Express (Termini ↔ Fiumicino Airport direct train, operated by Trenitalia)
• Italo and Frecciarossa high-speed trains
• Private taxi and ride-hailing services (a separate €5 Wetaxi credit is included but is not unlimited transport)
• Ciampino airport shuttle (included only in selected packages — check your booking confirmation)

If a service is not listed under “What’s Included” in your booking confirmation, assume it is not covered.

Your ticket validity starts the moment you activate the ticket inside the WeTaxi app.

Activate only when you are ready to travel, as the countdown begins immediately.

• 2-trip (100 min): valid for 100 minutes from activation. Example: activated at 10:00 → expires at 11:40.
• 1-day: valid for 24 hours from activation. Example: activated Friday at 11:00 AM → expires Saturday at 11:00 AM.
• 2-day: valid for 48 hours from activation. Example: activated Monday at 5:00 PM → expires Wednesday at 5:00 PM.
• 3-day: valid for 72 hours from activation. Example: activated Monday at 5:00 PM → expires Thursday at 5:00 PM.
• 5-day: valid for 120 hours from activation. Example: activated Monday at 5:00 PM → expires Saturday at 5:00 PM.
• 7-day: valid for 7 consecutive calendar days from activation. Example: activated Monday → expires Sunday at 23:59.

Yes. Your airport shuttle ticket is an open-date ticket and can be used whenever you want, independent of your public transport card’s validity period. The airport shuttle is separate from your main transport pass, so you can use it before, during, or after your card’s active days.

Yes. Although your ticket may show a specific route, you can use it in either direction:

• From the airport to Rome, OR
• From Rome to the airport

You decide which direction when you use it. The ticket is valid as one-way travel in either direction.

Rome’s Fiumicino Airport is served by the SIT Bus Shuttle service.

• From Fiumicino Airport: First departure approximately 8:30 AM, last departure approximately 9:55 PM

• Frequency: Runs approximately every 30–60 minutes
• Journey time: Approximately 45–60 minutes (depending on traffic)

• Termini (Lines A and B): Central transport hub serving as the main railway station, connecting all transport networks.
• Barberini (Line A): Access to major shopping areas, Trevi Fountain (short walk), and historic monuments.
• Piazza Navona: While not directly on the metro, nearby metro stops include Corso del Rinascimento (short walk on Line B).

• Extended service until 1:30 AM on Friday and Saturday

Rome’s urban train network (local rail services) operates with frequent service throughout the day.

• Operating hours: approximately 5:30 AM to 11:30 PM with extended service until 1:30 AM on Friday and Saturday nights.
• Service frequency: trains depart every 10-20 minutes on main routes, with reduced frequency during early morning and late evening hours.
• Coverage: urban trains connect suburban areas with central Rome and major transport hubs.

At this time, ConetPass does not offer promotional discounts for children, seniors, groups, or families. All customers pay the same price.
However, young children can travel free on Rome public transport under certain age conditions (see next FAQ).

Children aged 10 and under travel free of charge on all Rome public transport (metro, trams, buses, and urban trains) when accompanied by a paying adult.

For individuals aged 11 and over: a separate ticket must be purchased.
