ConetPass Naples covers all ANM urban services only. The following are not included:

• Circumvesuviana (EAV railway to Pompeii, Herculaneum, and Sorrento) — not operated by ANM
• Ferries and hydrofoils to Capri, Ischia, and Procida — not included, regardless of departure point (Molo Beverello or Mergellina)
• Trenitalia regional trains (e.g. Naples–Salerno, Naples–Caserta)
• Italo and Frecciarossa high-speed trains
• Private taxi and ride-hailing services (a separate €5 Wetaxi credit is included but is not unlimited transport)

If a service is not listed under “What’s Included” in your booking confirmation, assume it is not covered by the pass.

Your ConetPass Naples ticket validity starts as soon as you activate the ticket in the WeTaxi app. No physical validation on board is required. Activate it only when you are ready to travel, as validity begins immediately. Naples passes are available as one way, 1-day, 2-day, or 3- day options, and multi-day passes are calculated on a calendar-day basis.

• The two-trip ticket (90 minutes) is valid for exactly 90 minutes from the moment of first validation and allows two separate journeys within that time window.
• The 1-day ticket is valid for one calendar day, until midnight on the day of activation.
• The 2-day ticket is valid for two consecutive calendar days. For example, if you first use it on Monday at 5:00 PM, it remains valid until Tuesday at midnight.
• The 3-day ticket is valid for three consecutive calendar days. For example, if you first use it on Monday at 5:00 PM, it remains valid until Wednesday at midnight.

Yes. Your airport shuttle ticket is an open-date ticket and can be used whenever you want, independent of your public transport card’s validity period. The airport shuttle is separate from your main transport pass, so you can use it before, during, or after your card’s active days.

Yes. Although your ticket may show a specific route, you can use it in either direction:

• From the airport to Naples, OR
• From Naples to the airport

You decide which direction when you use it.

Return route (from city to airport):

Molo Angioino / Beverello → Varco Immacolatella / Porta di Massa → Varco Pisacane (opposite Port Authority) → Piazza Garibaldi → Capodichino Airport

The most tourist-relevant metro stations in Naples are served by Line 1 (Yellow) and Line 2 (Blue).

Line 1 (Yellow) — key stops for tourists:

• Garibaldi: Naples Central Station (Napoli Centrale); main arrival and departure hub for trains and the Alibus airport shuttle.
• Università: historic city center, close to Spaccanapoli and the main pedestrian areas.
• Toledo: considered one of the most architecturally striking metro stations in Europe; close to Via Toledo shopping street and the Royal Palace.
• Municipio: Piazza Municipio, Castel Nuovo, and the port area (Molo Beverello) for ferry connections to Capri, Ischia, and Procida.
• Dante: Piazza Dante and the historic center (Centro Storico).

Line 2 (Blue) — key stops for tourists:

• Mergellina: seafront promenade, harbor, and ferry connections.
• Montesanto: interchange with the Montesanto funicular to Vomero.
• Campi Flegrei: access point for the Phlegrean Fields archaeological area.

Funicular interchange: to reach the Vomero hill district (Castel Sant’Elmo, Certosa di San Martino), use the Centrale, Chiaia, or Montesanto funiculars — all included in the ConetPass Naples.

Trams:

• Operate daily from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM
• Frequent service connecting city center to outlying neighborhoods
• Connect historic and tourist areas

Buses:

• Operate daily from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM
• Extensive network covering city neighborhoods and suburban areas

Both services offer reliable connections to main points of interest, residential neighborhoods, and transport interchanges.

Naples has three funicular lines serving the Vomero district. Operating hours vary by line:

Funicolare Centrale (Central Funicular):

• Monday–Tuesday: 7:00 AM to 10:30 PM
• Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday: 7:00 AM to 12:30 AM (following day)
• Friday–Saturday: 7:00 AM to 2:00 AM (following day)

Funicolare Montesanto:

• Daily: 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM

Funicolare Chiaia:

• Daily: 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM

All three funiculars climb the steep Vomero hills, offering scenic panoramic routes to the Vomero district and surrounding neighborhoods.

Each ConetPass includes a “Special Promotions” section with a unique promocode.

At this time, ConetPass does not offer promotional discounts for children, seniors, groups, or families. All customers pay the same price.
However, young children can travel free on Naples public transport under certain age conditions (see next FAQ).

Children aged 5 and under travel free of charge on all Naples public transport (metro, trams, buses, and funiculars) when accompanied by a paying adult.

For individuals aged 6 and over: a separate ticket must be purchased.
