ConetPass, the digital travel pass managed by Conet, also operates in Madrid, providing access to the city’s extensive public transport network through a fully digital solution. The pass is designed as an all-in-one mobility product for visitors who want to explore Madrid easily with a single digital transport credit.

The pass provides access to the main public transport services:

• Metro
• Tram
• Bus

It is available in digital format, with options including 24-hour, 72-hour, and multi-day transport credits. 100% digital, with no physical pickup required.

ConetPass Madrid includes access to the main public transport services in Madrid. Depending on the ticket or package selected, this can include:

• Metro
• Bus
• Tram

Conetpass Madrid t does not cover every public transport service by default. The exact inclusions depend on the specific ticket or package you buy.

The following are not included unless your booking confirmation explicitly says otherwise:

• Transport services outside the network included in your selected package
• Long-distance and non-urban rail services
• Private taxi and ride-hailing services

If a service is not listed under “What’s Included” in your booking confirmation, you should assume it is not covered by the pass.

Your Connectpass will be a 100% digital ticket sent by email after purchase. Please follow the instructions you will receive by email for activation.  A valid Google Wallet or Apple Wallet is required.

• The 1-transport credit is valid for 24 consecutive hours from the moment of first validation (for example: if first used on Monday at 5:00 p.m., it remains valid until Tuesday at 5:00 p.m.).
• The 2-day transport credit is valid for 48 consecutive hours from the moment of first validation (for example: if first used on Monday at 5:00 p.m., it remains valid until Wednesday at 5:00 p.m.).
• The 3-day transport credit is valid for 72 consecutive hours from the moment of first validation (for example: if first used on Monday at 5:00 p.m., it remains valid until Thursday at 5:00 p.m.).
• The 5-day transport credit is valid until midnight on the fifth calendar day, including the day of first use (for example: if first used on Monday at 5:00 p.m., it remains valid until Friday at 11:59 p.m.).
• The 7-day transport credit is valid until midnight on the seventh calendar day, including the day of first use (for example: if first used on Monday at 5:00 p.m., it remains valid until Sunday at 11:59 p.m.).

Metro: Line 8 connects Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport (MAD) with Nuevos Ministerios in approximately 12–20 minutes, where passengers can easily transfer to the rest of the Madrid Metro network.

Sol: Madrid’s main transport hub, where Metro Lines 1, 2, and 3 intersect alongside Cercanías suburban rail services. Located in the heart of the city, it provides easy access to Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor, Gran Vía, and many of Madrid’s top attractions.

Atocha Station: Madrid’s largest railway station and one of the city’s most important transport hubs. Served by Metro Line 1, Cercanías trains, and high-speed AVE services, it offers national and international rail connections while providing convenient access to the Prado Museum, Reina Sofía Museum, and Retiro Park.

Nuevos Ministerios: A major interchange connecting Metro Lines 6, 8, and 10 with Cercanías suburban rail services. It is the principal transfer point for passengers travelling to and from Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport via Metro Line 8 and provides fast connections to Madrid’s business district and the city centre.

Each ConetPass includes a “Special Promotions” section with a unique promocode.
Use this code when booking directly on tour operators’ websites to receive discounts up to 25% — the exact percentage varies by tour operator.
Find your promocode in the email titled “Your Pass is Ready” sent after your booking confirmation.

At this time, ConetPass does not offer promotional discounts for children, groups, or families. All customers pay the same price.

However, young children can travel free on Istanbul public transport under certain age conditions (see next FAQ).

Children aged 7 and under can travel free of charge on Madrid public transport.

Trams:

• Operate daily from approximately 6:00 AM to 1:30 AM
• Frequent service throughout the day (every 5–10 minutes on the busiest lines)
• Connect residential districts and nearby municipalities with the wider Madrid public transport network

Madrid’s Metro Ligero (Light Rail) network complements the metro by serving areas such as Las Tablas, Pozuelo de Alarcón, Boadilla del Monte, and Parla. It provides convenient connections to the Madrid Metro at key interchange stations including Pinar de Chamartín and Colonia Jardín.

Buses:

• Operate daily throughout the day, with many routes running from approximately 6:00 AM until 11:30 PM
• Extensive network covering the entire city
• Connect residential neighbourhoods, major attractions, railway stations, transport hubs, and the airport
• Night buses (“Búhos”) operate on selected routes after metro services end, providing connections across Madrid throughout the night.
