The ConetPass Helsinki does not cover the following, unless explicitly stated otherwise in your booking confirmation:

• Transport services outside the network specifically included in your selected package.
• Long-distance and intercity rail services (National railway).
• Private taxis and on-demand transportation services.

If a service is not listed in the “What’s Included” section of your booking confirmation, it is assumed not to be covered by the pass.

Yes. ConetPass Helsinki includes airport connection on eligible products, so you do not need a separate airport shuttle add-on when that benefit is part of your booking.

Your ConetPass Helsinki validity depends on the ticket type. In practice, the ticket becomes valid from the moment the code is redeemed in the HSL app, so you should only activate it when you are ready to travel.

• The one-way ticket is valid for 90 minutes from the time of validation.
• The 1-day ticket is valid for 24 hours from the time of first validation. For example: if first used on Monday at 5:00 p.m., it will expire on Tuesday at 5:00 p.m.
• The 2-day ticket is valid for 48 hours from the time of first validation. For example: if first used on Monday at 5:00 p.m., it will expire on Wednesday at 5:00 p.m.
• The 3-day ticket is valid for 72 hours from the time of first validation. For example: if first used on Monday at 5:00 p.m., it will expire on Thursday at 5:00 p.m.
• The 5-day ticket is valid for 120 hours from the time of first validation. For example: if first used on Monday at 5:00 p.m., it will expire on Saturday at 5:00 p.m.

No. In Helsinki, there is generally no separate open-date airport shuttle ticket like in some other cities. When airport connection is included in your ConetPass Helsinki package, it is provided through the regular HSL public transport network, not through a standalone shuttle ticket. Helsinki Airport is in zone C, and trips between the airport and central Helsinki require a valid ABC ticket.

This means you can use your pass for airport travel only while your ConetPass Helsinki is valid. Once the pass has expired, airport travel is no longer included and you will need to buy a separate ABC ticket. As always, check your booking confirmation to confirm whether airport connection is listed under “What’s Included” for your specific package.

• Helsinki Central Railway Station (Rautatientori): Main city center hub connecting metro, regional trains, and long-distance services. Excellent for shopping and transportation connections.
• Kamppi: Connected to one of Helsinki’s largest shopping centers and a major bus terminal. Central location for city exploration.
• Ruoholahti: Modern district with nearby parks and the Cable Factory contemporary art center. Good for cultural attractions.
• Itäkeskus: Large shopping center and important bus interchange serving eastern Helsinki neighborhoods.
