Conet Pass is a digital public transport pass you purchase online before your trip. Once bought, it gives you unlimited access to metro, bus, tram and local transport networks across 16 cities in Europe and Asia, from Rome and Milan to Barcelona, Berlin, Amsterdam and Tokyo. Everything is handled digitally, you don’t need to figure out which ticket is right for you, everything is inside Conet Pass: public transport, shuttle, bikes and more.
This guide explains exactly how the Conet Pass network is structured, where you buy the pass, how you manage your order after purchase, and where to turn if something goes wrong.
What Conet Pass is and who operates it
Conet Pass is a commercial brand owned by Tourist Point Srl, an Italian company headquartered in Milan (Via del Gonfalone 3, 20123 Milan). Tourist Point has operated in urban mobility for over 15 years and has served more than 2 million travellers. It holds official partnership agreements with local transport operators in every city where Conet Pass is active.
For each city in the network, Tourist Point operates a dedicated website, the full list is available here . The central hub for information, guides and blog content is conetpass.com, which also links to all city-specific pages. All sites in the network share the same account system, support channels and legal framework.
Where to buy a Conet Pass
You buy directly online, either from conetpass.com or from the dedicated city website for your destination. The process is entirely digital from start to finish.
When purchasing, you select your destination city and the duration that suits your stay, from a single day up to 7 consecutive days. You enter your arrival date at this stage, because your tickets can only be downloaded from that date onwards. Enter it correctly: once the order is placed, the date is tied to your booking.
How tickets are issued and collected
Once your order is placed, two separate steps follow. First, you receive your order confirmation by email, this confirms your purchase but is not yet your travel ticket. Second, your actual tickets, or QR codes depending on the city, become available for download from your personal account area starting from your arrival date.
How your order is managed
Once you have purchased, everything related to your order is handled through two tools:
- Your personal account area. Every buyer has access to a personal login area at yourconet.com. From there you can download your tickets, check your order details and manage your reservation – including changing the travel date if needed – without waiting for a reply from support.
- The Ticket Recovery tool. If your confirmation email did not arrive – check spam and promotions folders first – you can use the Ticket Recovery tool at yourconet.com. You will need the email address used at checkout or your order number. This tool also works if you entered a misspelled email address at the time of purchase.
Note that every Conet Pass is personal and non-transferable. Each pass is linked to the purchaser’s email and cannot be passed to another person or resold. If you are travelling in a group, each person must purchase their own pass.
For more on what to do if your tickets are not arriving or not downloading, the guide Tickets not received? How to recover your Conet Pass step by step covers all the steps in detail.
Where to find support
Conet Pass support is provided by Tourist Point Srl. There are three ways to get help, in order of speed:
1. The FAQ. The FAQ page covers more than 90% of common assistance requests, according to Tourist Point’s own data. It covers activation, ticket delivery, validity, refunds and more. Start here before contacting support — most questions are answered immediately.
2. Maia chat. If the FAQ does not resolve your question, the Maia chat tool on the website gives immediate conversational answers.
3. Human support form. For cases that require a person to intervene — such as a payment issue, a technical failure during validation, or a refund request — you can submit a request through the dedicated form. The support team typically handles enquiries within 24 to 48 hours. The Assistance section is available in the footer of every site in the Conet Pass network.
To access all support options directly, go to Assistance Refund.
How to request a refund
Refund requests are submitted through a dedicated form, accessible from every site in the network. Once submitted, the refund process starts within 20 days, including public holidays.
