The Firenze Pass is a Conet Pass product designed for tourists visiting Florence who want guaranteed, skip-the-line access to the city’s most visited cultural sites without having to purchase individual tickets for each attraction. It is available in multiple versions depending on which sites you want to visit, and can be extended with a Siena option for day trips into Tuscany. All versions are purchased online, delivered by email. No physical card or pickup is required.
There are three core versions of the Firenze Pass, plus two options that add Siena Cathedral.
Firenze Pass Premium, the most complete option. Includes guaranteed access to: Uffizi Gallery, Giotto Bell Tower, Boboli Gardens, Palazzo Pitti, Museo dell’Opera del Duomo, Baptistery of St. Giovanni, Santa Reparata. Also includes a €5 taxi credit.

Firenze Pass Giotto includes guaranteed access to: Giotto Bell Tower, Museo dell’Opera del Duomo, Baptistery of St. Giovanni, Santa Reparata. Also includes a €5 taxi credit.
Firenze Pass Botticelli + Siena: everything in the Botticelli version plus guaranteed access to Siena Cathedral and the Piccolomini Library.

The Uffizi Gallery is the first attraction you must visit when using a pass that includes it. At the Uffizi, you must select a specific entry time slot. After showing your pass at the entrance at the selected time, you will be given a physical pass for the other included attractions.
Important: the Uffizi Gallery is closed on Mondays. Plan your first visit accordingly, as it must be your entry point to unlock the rest of the pass.
After purchasing and confirming your Firenze Pass, tickets for all included museums are sent automatically by email. You show your tickets at the entrance of each museum individually. No additional booking is required at the door.
Download your tickets on the same day you plan to use them at each attraction.
Your purchase is guaranteed for 1 year. If your plans change, you can use the pass at a later date within that 12-month window without losing the value of your purchase.
For the Uffizi Gallery, a specific entry time slot must be selected. For all other included attractions, entry is flexible within the day you have selected.

Yes. The Uffizi is the designated starting point for passes that include it. You must visit the Uffizi first to receive the companion pass for the other included attractions. All other museums included in your pass can be visited in any order.
No. The Firenze Pass is an attraction pass, not a transport pass. It does not cover buses, trams or any other public transport within Florence. If you need urban transport during your stay, that must be arranged separately.
The Accademia Gallery is not included in any standard Firenze Pass version. It is available as a discounted ticket through Tiqets using the code included in your pass.
Siena Cathedral and the Piccolomini Library are included as an add-on in the Botticelli + Siena and Giotto + Siena versions. Standard versions of the pass cover Florence attractions only.
